Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on export numbers in Indonesia, with one of the affected companies being PT Win textile. The unexpected decrease in production volume in 2022, despite the successful recovery from the pandemic in 2021, warrants urgent research to identify. Limited research exists on identifying and evaluating sustainable innovations and resilience strategies adopted by textile companies as they navigate the post-pandemic landscape. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of product innovation and competitive advantage implemented by PT Win textile on company performance post COVID-19 pandemic. The independent variables in this study are product innovation, and competitive advantage, while the dependent variable is the performance of PT Win Textile. Using a quantitative descriptive methodology and survey distributed to 75 employees, data analysis through multiple linear regression. By embracing product innovation and cultivating a competitive advantage, textile companies can not only overcome post-pandemic challenges but also turn them into opportunities. By showcasing the power of resilience, this research offers practical guidance for companies navigating the new post-pandemic world.
