Ipmi Repository is an online archive service which is managed by IPMI Library - Learning Resource Center. Abstract

With the rising importance of English in the globalized era, it is crucial to foster English skills to compete and outperform in their daily lives. However, some Indonesia's elementary schools has not integrated English in their curriculum's. This community involvement project aims to provide English learning to young learners at Rumah Belajar Damai Residence located in DKI Jakarta from 24 September to 12 November 2023. The steps of the activity include (1) Develop and engaging teaching methods, (2) Establish a supportive environment, and (3) Develop comprehensive curriculum. This project intents to introduce basic English to the student at Rumah Belajar Damai Residence using interactive teaching-learning method to increase their interest in English language and prepare them to be the next global leaders.
