Abstract

PT AndrewTani & Co is a reputable management consulting company, who has extensive experience in dealing with many scale of project. Despite the good performance in the consultant business PT AndrewTani & Co found some problems in their internal performance, namely big variance in the work load of consultants, the lower-than-expected profitability level of project and inability to identify and measure risk and opportunity of a project. PT AndrewTani & Co need to develop standard Work Breakdown Structure, Project Responsibility Accounting Report, and Risk Management for their projects. Al combined, t will become an integrated tool for management to have a better view of the project performance to improve decision-making process. In this study We performed data collection and data analysis which leads to recommendation to improve the above problems. Data collection was acquired from conducting interviews and discussion with Chief Financial Officer, Project Leader, Consultants and Marketing We also distribute questionnaire to gain input from the Consultants and Marketing. Our recommended solutions consist of Work Breakdown Structure, Project Responsibility Accounting and Risk Management. in Work Breakdown Structure We conduct Gap Analysis and develop some basis as guidelines for an Adjusted Work Breakdown Structure in Project Responsibility Accounting, We developed some templates to measure the profitability of the projects risk Management, We develop Risk/Opportunity assessment template
