Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a company undertake CSR programs that gives a benefit to society and the environment. CSR provides an opportunity to maintain equilibrium between environmental, social, and economic goals, as well as dealing with stakeholder expectations and raising shareholder value. Corporate social responsibility has the perspective to influence employees' attitudes and behaviors, such as organizational justice, job satisfaction and commitment, and employee loyalty. This research investigate in multinational companies in Indonesia and used variables that can affect corporate social responsibility (CSR), which is organizational justice as well as job satisfaction as a mediating variable and employee loyalty as a dependent variable to discover and learn the factors. The aim of this research is to analyze the causal effect between employee perception of CSR, job satisfaction, organizational justice, and employee loyalty in Indonesia for multinational companies. The quantitative method was used to collect data from 100 employees who are working for multinational companies. Hypotheses were tested by using the partial least square - structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) software as a tool to analysis the data. Correlation analysis shows the significant effect between variable employee perception of CSR on job satisfaction and organizational justice. Further, there was a significant effect on job satisfaction employee loyalty; however, organizational justice has no effect on employee loyalty.
