Abstract

The project assigned by PT. Surveyor Indonesia was that of developing a new style of Human resource management with objectives to propose a new model of career management systems based on Competency Based Human Resources Management (CBHRM) at PT Surveyor Indonesia (PTSI). As a company, PT. Surveyor Indonesia is only holding more than 3 percent in the shared Indonesian market, and its considerably small, because of this, PT. Surveyor Indonesia needs strong support from its employers to boost the profit and survive in the competitions. The newly proposed system will help PT. Indonesian surveyor to put the right person in the right job with the right compensation. In summary, our recommendation is based on the type of company of PT. Surveyor Indonesia and its market size, hoping with the newly system, will help PT. Surveyor Indonesia survive and make profit.
