Abstract

This research is about the correlation between consumer's behavior and attitude towards customer loyalty of young millennials in shopping apparels online who are domicile in DKI Jakarta. With the growth of technology and the rapid increasement of internet users in Indonesia, especially in DKI Jakarta, makes people have the tendency to shop from various brands, making them not as often to buy products from certain brand, before the e-commerce websites and online shopping is a lifestyle. To make the customers becomes loyal to a certain brand, the brand itself needs to know the effective way to approach and engage the relationship to the customers. The goal of this research is to find the correlation of consumer's behavior and attitude and which variable has the highest correlation towards customer loyalty. The writer found and use some theories and previous researches that could help to prove this research, finding out which of the two psychological has the highest correlation towards loyalty, Keywords: Consumer behavior, consumer attitude, loyalty, young millennials, digital marketing.
