Abstract
Marketing as one of the tools to win today competition has become a crudal aspect in doing business, especially In retall business, a "B to C business" which connects directly to end users. There are markets dynamics in marketing such as B to C's products. The team was given an opportunity by PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk. to examine, develop and present a strategy to capture more markets for the company. The team was given a specific area, the BSD which represents the uniqueness of the Indonesian market in a sense that the market dynamics in the area is changing very fast, since the area is still developing and BSD can be considered as a single independent city. The team starts from examining the current conditions, capturing and analyzing the business characteristics, studies for any supporting theory to come up with recommendations.
