Abstract

Institutions all around the world are rethinking their teaching methods in order to better educate students for today's society, especially in order to stimulate creativity among students. Global Mandiri Junior High School, an Indonesian educational institution, is one of them. Global Mandiri supports students innovation through their annual program, The exit 2021, which allows them to conceive and execute business ideas through product creation as a means of passing their yearly exam. We held a 5-week program on entrepreneurship as this year's student mentors and presenters, together with another group from IPMI International Busuiness School. Our topic, "creating a sustain business through Global mandiri Junior high's "the exit," runs for three weeks and includes ice breaking, Q&A, and personalized materials to capture students' attention and interest in entrepreneurship, as well as how to maintain and sustain their businesses by discussing topics such as business operation, introduction to e-commerce, also finance and accounting. This project is a continuation from the previous project which is "introducing entrepreneurship through Global Mandiri Junior High's the exit 2021". With 92 students participating weekly, we were able to obtain positive feedback from the students of global mandiri junior high school.
