Abstract

COVID-19 has a huge impact on human life and necessitates a move to an internet platform for entrepreneurs as business owners. The fact that the pandemic caused an immeasurable impact on SMEs in running their businesses and made them vulnerable, especially those led by woman, must be able to increase their business performance. Changes in the digital era make them have to adapt quickly and provide innovation for products and services so that their achievements can be realized. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the impact of high need for achievement and digital leadership on innovation and entrepreneurial performance. Also, the impact of innovation on entrepreneurial performance of woman-led fashion industry during COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the structural equation modeling (SEM) partial least squares (PLS) testing in woman-led SMEs for fashion industry only in JABODETABEK. This research was carried out using a quantitative approach to 163 respondents in several companies in Indonesia. Based on this research, the researcher found that the high need for achievement and digital leadership has a significant and positive impact on innovation, Meanwhile, high need for achievement and digital leadership do not have a significant impact on entrepreneurial performance. Therefore, innovation has a significant and positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of woman-led fashion industry.
