Abstract

Indonesia's MSME (micro, small, medium, enterprise) business digital penetration in 2022 is 29.7% but contradicts findings of OECD (2021) from global business surveys that up to 70% of MSMEs increased their business through digital platforms. The digital platform become part of the factor in MSME establishments to upgrade their selling, but many of them are not very clear or digitally literate about the actual usage of technology. This study test within area of Cipulir thematic market, consisted 3,211 retail fashion traders on actual usage and intention to use digital platform by using unified theory of use of technology (UTAUT). MSME in Indonesia should improve number of businesses to be digitized.
