Abstract

In order to fulfill the requirements of the Graduate School of Indonesian Management Development Institute (IPMI), our group from MM Investment class of July 2002 consisting of Ade Achdiat, Ali Ridwan, Haryo Koconegoro, Ida Lusdiany, Oggy Achmad Kosasih and Tejasari (the " Group ") deliver this Group Field Project titled" Asset Backed Securities as a Funding Alternative for PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Bank BTN) ". This project is designed as a team project for each member in accomplishing the Master in Management (MM) Investment. In the near future when free trade agreements come into existence, businesses will become borderless among parties in every part of the world. Along with it, it is inevitable that businesses will become more complex, challenging and dynamic. By doing this Group Field Project (GFP), team members are expected to broaden their knowledge and capabilities in solving real business problems in a real environment as anticipated to anticipate "The Borderless World Era".
