Abstract

The academic programs at IPMI International Business School has a strong orientation towards business practice. In particular, these programs have embraced the concept of "learning by doing". The program design reflects multiple case analyzes assigned across the scheduled courses and by using case teaching methods that encourage active participation among participants. The webinar that will be held is part of the community involvement project course at IPMI International Business school. CIP is one of the most important elements of bachelor's and master's degrees. It is a test of the student's ability to conduct and complete an ongoing part of independent research and analysis, and to write that research in a coherent form in accordance with the rules and conventions of the academic community. After preparing for over 3 weeks, we successfully held the webinar on the 20th of November and we impacted over 50 participants that attended this online webinar and came back with great feedback not only from them but also businesses that attended the webinar for example like sonderlab.
