Abstract
According to Indonesian law No. 20/2008 on micro, small, and medium enterprises, Indonesian SME criteria is a firm with less than 100 workers and has an annual revenue not more than 10 million rupiah or equivalent to not more than 3,4 million USD. Small and Medium companies (SMEs) have long been a mainstay of Indonesian economic activity, particularly as the largest employer. The development of Indonesian SMEs has significantly increased and it stole our attention. According to Jakarta post, as per 2019, Indonesia SMEs account for 60 percent of Indonesia's gross domestic product (GDP) and 97 percent of the domestic workforce. The growth of Indonesia Small and medium enterprise (SMEs) is growing rapidly in recent years. One of the fastest growing industries of Indonesian SMEs is the f&b industry, and this is an interesting fact for us to analyze. To specify and narrow the field, we choose the food and beverage sector as our main focus. The research was begun with issues related to the subject and then concentrated on literature review. The data are categorized and assessed to identify the significant relation for all factors depicted in graphs. The paper's output is an overview of the delicate trend for each factor based on disable student performance.
