Abstract

Jakarta has many high-rise buildings to support government, economic and business activities. Smart building technology is necessary and very beneficial to be implemented in high-rise buildings that could generate safety, security, comfortability and even energy saving. Energy saving itself is regulated by Jakarta govemor decree No. 38/2012 on green building.
