Abstract

For a service companies in the oil and energy industry that are project-based in carrying out their work, must be able to ensure that the implementation of the project is in accordance with the set targets. The project team that formed to carry out the work must be able to work effectively. If not, it will effect to the performance of the company. This situation is experiencing by PT Elnusa Tbk. In 2020, the revenue of engineering procurement construction operation maintenance business was decrease by 5% compare to 2019. This study aims to find out the influence of team effectiveness toward project performance. The study also want to find out the effect off the dimensions of team effectiveness towards the team effectiveness variable and the effect off the dimensions of project performance towards the project performance variable. The findings show that the influence of team effectiveness on project performance is high.
