Abstract
The value of a firm is determined by determining the profits and wealth of its investors, which will aid investors in evaluating the company. Previous research examined at the financial performance of the firm's value and turned up with conflicting results, establishing a gap in this study. The Purpose of this research is to look at the impact of financial performance on a company's value, using data from big companies in the property sector that are listed in IDX from 2015 to 2020, using 5 independent variables: Return on assets (ROA), debt to asset ratio (DAR), Property commercial revenue (PCR), maturing long-term debt (MLTD), and covid-19.
