Abstract
Nowadays, the internet plays an important role in our daily activities. Among them are looking for information, Communicating with others or shopping online. In Indonesia as we know there are several applications that can make it easier for us to shop online, including PT. X. In order to help local sellers to develop further, research is needed on what factors can effect people's online purchase intentions. However, in Indonesia, there is still not much research done by other researchers, especially about the factors that affect online purchase intention in the PT. X application. To overcome this, the author has conducted research by using the theory of Convenience, shopping enjoyment and quality towards millennial's online purchase intention at PT. X in Jakarta. The results of this study were collected by the use of quantitative data collection methods, such as the distribution of questionnaires to Jakarta residents aged 18 to 37. it was discovered that convenience had a positive effect on purchase intention after testing the variables using multiple regression, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, and other methods. On the other hand, it was discovered that shopping enjoyment and quality have no positive effect on millennial's purchase intention on the PT. X application in Jakarta. According to the survey, users will find convenience and enjoyment while buying online, which will be aided by the time savings the would experience while using the PT. X application. Understanding the customer's buying process is one the practical aspects that can benefit PT. X and Local businesses.
