Abstract
For a service companies in the oil and energy industry that are project-based in carrying out their work, must be able to ensure that the implementation of the project is in accordance with the set targets. The project team that formed to carry out the work must be able to work effectively. If not, it will effect to the performance of the company. This situation is experiencing by PT Elnusa Tbk. In 2020, the avenue of engineering procurement construction operation maintenance business was decrease by 5% compare to 2019. This study also want to find out the effect off the dimensions of team effectiveness towards the team effectiveness variable and the effect off the dimensions of project performance towards the project performance variable. The findings show that the influence of team effectiveness on project performance is high. The study also found that the dimensions of team effectiveness has effect on team effectiveness variable and the dimension of project performance has effect on project performance variable. This study could theoretically can be reference to on how the relationship between team effectiveness and project performance. it can also provide several practicalguidelines for companies engaged in the engineering procurement construction and operation maintenance sector, especially PT. Elnusa Tbk. to improve team effectiveness and project performance.
