Resource Based View (RBV) approach had opened up opportunity to link micro organizational process to the success or failure of the organization. This approach is more suitable to explain company with volatile changes, which suits the context of Telco service industry model facing the fierce competition and the unpredictable disruptive innovation in telecommunication technology. Spiritual leadership (SL) and spirit at work (SW) serve as intangible resources and capabilities, which conform to the VRIO (Valuable, Rare, Inimitable and Organized) framework. The Spiritual Leadership variables which serve as the organizational resources are significantly influencing Spirit at Work capability. The variables of Spirit at Work in turn are impacting Organizational Commitment (OC) and Job Satisfaction (JS) as competitive advantages in the Service Industry. This finding is based on 129 data from Witel branch office of PT Telkom. It is showing positive and significant influence of SL toward SW and positive and significant impact of SW toward OC and JS. Keywords: Resource Based View (RBV), Workplace Spirituality, Spirit at Work, Competitive Advantage.
