Abstract

Working Capital Management ( WCM) basically focuses on how to utilize in effective manner the capital used for the successful of operation of the Company. Key immediate indicator of the successful of any business is an ' effective cash cycle. The Company recently has established WCM to be one the Critical Success Factors that would enab"itself to stay ahead of the competition. As such, the Company would like the Group Field Project ( GFP) group's assistance in scrutinizing its current practice of WCM and coming up with some recommendations that could improve the practice. In this GFP, we have come up with some proposal recommendations to the Company ( refer to Chapter 5) which covers the focus areas of Account Receivables, Inventory and Account Payable.
