Abstract
In an international logistic company environment, multiple cultures are involved in the day today activities and the working environment due to logistics ought to be conducted all over the world. Cross-Cultural Training (CCT) is very beneficial for every employee that is encountering communications with people from different countries which will have different backgrounds andworking environments. This study addresses the gap in literature by investigating the impact of CCT which includes independent variables such as pre-departure training and post-arrival training and a dependent variable which is the employees and business performance. Using the SPSS program, using both inner and outer models, it analyzes the relationship among the variables. The study is expected to identify the effectiveness of cross-cultural training towards the employees' performances which will impact the business performance overall. The variables will have indicators that explain the factors that will be considered in each variable in order to analyze the data. The findings of this study contributes to the understanding of the importance of CCT towards both the employees and the business as it is possible to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in a logistic company. It offers valuable insight to employees, managers, representatives and the board of directors to optimize CCT to enhance the employees and company’s performance
