Abstract
LeViCo Boutique, located in South Jakarta facilitates women weavers from East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) to provide market access and encourages fair and organized trade, in improving the welfare of woman in household. However, the challenges faced by women weavers such as limited education, barriers to market access, lack of formal business training, and low incomes levels. This research aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by LeViCo Boutique and how LeviCo Boutique empowers the growth mindset and financial independence of NTT women weavers by SWOT and TOWS analyses used qualitative method, with in-depth interviews involving owners of LeViCo Boutique, two representatives of NTT women weavers, one administrator NTT Derkranasda, one designer, and two buyers of LeViCo Boutique supplemented with observations and the use of secondary data. This research found that LeviCo Boutique still faces many challenges such as lack of proper training for weavers, dependence on local political situations, and lack of adequate training teams. Although LeViCo also has opportunities, such as high demand from national and global markets, sustainability trends, and central government support for SME programs. Effective strategies in improving growth mindset can be done by creating an online training platform, and dedicated team for growth mindset education, while strategies to improve financial independence can be done by creating simple technology to increase production and maintain traditional values, as well as an education team on financial literacy. With these strategies, sustainable growth mindset and financial independence can be achieved. Keywords: Women Empowerment, Strategies, Growth Mindset, Financial Independence, Qualitative.
